By purchasing a Webinar or Workshop for Professionals from Play. Learn. Chat. you agree to the following conditions:

  • This webinar does not constitute legal advice and you must take into account your specific business, professional and ethical considerations when applying anything you learn from¬†Play. Learn. Chat.
  • You agree not to share login or webinar access information, or webinar content and resources with anyone else.¬†Please refer¬†others to purchase their own¬†webinar access (very reasonably priced!)   • You agree to respect Copyright of all¬†webinar materials including videos, text, and downloads/handouts.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR PAYMENTS IN MULTIPLE INSTALLMENTS:

 

1. Payment Commitment: When you purchase, you are committing to complete multiple payments, to the full amounts indicated on the checkout page.

2. Payment Processing: The first payment will occur when you register on the checkout page. Subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the card you use for the initial payment.

3. Declined or Missed Payments: If a payment is declined or missed, we'll get in touch with you and try to process your payment again. If we can't resolve the missed payment within 5 business days, we might have to stop your access to your purchase. We may involve debt collection services.

By registering for the Connect & Grow Community Membership from Play. Learn. Chat. you agree to the following conditions:

  • You can stop your membership at any time.¬†Please ensure to give at least 2 business days' notice before your membership is due to be renewed so we can stop further payments. When you stop membership, you will no longer have access to Membership resources, materials, or community discussion (Private Facebook Group).
  • Note that Membership fees cannot be reimbursed. You can stop future payments and membership will end once your current payment period is complete.
  • If your payment is declined we will re-try payment and contact you as soon as possible (Usually within 1 day). If we cannot resolve payment, your membership access will be stopped 7 days after failed payment is due.
  • If you stop and later resume membership, your membership will resume at the current new-member price (you may lose any discounts that applied when you first registered).
  • You have controls when you log in to cancel or change your payment details,¬†or email¬†[email protected]¬†for any changes or questions
  • You agree not to share login information with anyone outside of your household or your child's primary carers. i.e. you CAN share login information with a co-parent, grandparent or nanny who cares for your child. You CANNOT share with childcare educators, friends, or other family members. Please refer them to purchase their own course access (very reasonably priced!) THANK YOU!

  • You agree to respect Copyright of all Community Membership¬†materials including videos, text, and downloads/handouts.
  • Joining the Community Membership is not the same as getting direct speech therapy support and doesn't constitute a client-therapist relationship. You may also benefit from direct, individualised speech therapy support. Please seek individual support if you have additional concerns for your child's development. I am happy to guide you to local services if you're in Australia.

  • You agree and understand that by purchasing a course from¬†Play. Learn. Chat. this does not constitute a client relationship, and¬†this does not replace the need for individual Speech Therapy support and advice.

When you purchase a T-Shirt or other apparel from Play. Learn. Chat. you agree to the following conditions:

  • Returns/Exchange for change of mind:
    • No refund or exchange will apply for change of mind. Please ensure you check sizing and measurements carefully before processing your order. This is because items are made to order and we do not hold stock, therefore we are unable to resell returned items.
    • Email¬†[email protected]¬†for any questions before placing your order.
  • Returns/Exchange for faulty goods:
    • If¬†a product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or refund the product. Please email¬†[email protected]¬†immediately when you receive an item that you believe has a defect.
    • We may ask you to send back the item via post, and if the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the cost of postage.
    • We comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
